Smoot Family.....Part I

This gorgeous group was the biggest family I have photographed so far! There were 23 of them altogether, which made for some creative posing and a space that allowed us to really spread out. They rocked it though and I was so happy to be able to provide them with some good family shots since they aren't all together very often. You'd never have known from the warm tones in this beautiful building that it was snowing outside! Here are just a few shots from this fun and crazy session. :)

 

Gomez Family....December 2011

This family was such fun to work with! I especially loved it because I knew this family clear back when I was just a kid! It was so great seeing them all again and getting to do a bit of catching up. Not to mention the fact that they are all gorgeous! :) Since it was snowy we had to shoot indoors at a library downtown. Lyla & Wyatt.....1 & 3

These two children are seriously some of my favorite kids in the world. Not only because they belong to my bestie, Leslie, but because they are loads of fun and full of smiles. Lyla is so smart and will talk your ear off, and Wyatt is such a true to heart little boy. Notice the stick in his hand in one of the pictures? :) I just love them both! Enjoy their adorable little faces!

Mini Sessions....Smith Family

This is a couple from some mini family sessions I did for Rachael Tyler Photography back in October and November. They were a beautiful couple and had a completely adorable little boy. He wasn't too happy with having to sit still and smile for the first little while (I mean lets be honest, what two year old little boy likes to sit still?), so I suggested we just let him loose to play and have a few snacks, and we snapped a few fun pics in between. All in all they turned out great and I got to capture that amazing little face of his in all of its smiling glory :) Enjoy!

Kaity.....Maternity Shoot

I have to say, maternity shoots are one of my very favorite things to do. Maybe its that it reminds me of my own sweet babies, but in any case I just love capturing the adorable roundness and glowing faces of these beautiful ladies. As part of my experience with Rachael from Rachael Tyler Photography, I was given the opportunity to photograph Kaity, who was simply the cutest pregnant lady ever. She was such a good sport and stayed so happy through the whole shoot, even near the end when I'm sure she was exhausted. Here are some little treasures from our shoot.
